Permanent Total Incapacity                                   $150,000.00
Any other cases (other than the above)               $75,000.00
Deaths                                                                                $75,000.00
 
If there is an entitlement to compensation for personal injuries then the amount to be paid will depend on a final impairment assessment by a medical specialist as determind by ACCF.
